He brings over 15 years of expertise in repairs, restoration, remodeling, fabrication, mechanical, HVAC, certifications such as HVAC-R, CDL-b, PA-Turf and Grass Pesticide License,PA-Pool/Spa License,and EPA and Radon Certification. Elijah leads the property maintenance team for First Capitol Real Estate managing each project while working closely with the team to ensure the best results are achieved. He enjoys the outdoors, hunting, fishing, hiking, rehab projects, and spending time with his family.
